Who you look like?

You just kick up the Scanner... hahhahaaa.... and he laugh at you and said you really excited boy! Praise the Lord, You are really well growing!"

Same as previously, after lunch the baby sure will get excited and exercise inside my stomuch! This month the movement is more frequent and some time really make me shock with the kicks and Box! Doctor said this is the good sign means he is well grow and actively. After check-up, I just bring this picture for my mom see... she said " Just like his father, ang ku in nia!" hahaaaa....

What to do, this is his father's son ma!!!

Japanese soft cotton cheese cake

140g/5 oz. fine granulated sugar
6 egg whites
6 egg yolks
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
50g/2 oz. butter
250g/9 oz. cream cheese
100 ml/3 fluid oz. fresh milk
1 tbsp. lemon juice
60g/2 oz. cake flour /superfine flour
20g/1 oz. cornflour (cornstarch)
1/4 tsp. salt

Instructions:
1. Melt cream cheese, butter and milk over a double boiler. Cool the mixture. Fold in the flour, the cornflour, egg yolks, lemon juice and mix well.

2. Whisk egg whites with cream of tartar until foamy. Add in the sugar and whisk until soft peaks form.

3. Add the cheese mixture to the egg white mixture and mix well. Pour into a 8-inch round cake pan (Lightly grease and line the bottom and sides of the pan with greaseproof baking paper or parchment paper).

4. Bake cheesecake in a water bath for 1 hours 10 minutes or until set and golden brown at 160 degrees C (325 degrees F).

Makes 1 (8-inch) cheesecake, 12 servings



I know recent I am crazy with cheese... so I find lots of cheese cake receipe to try. Actually I bought this cake from Sin kar Oon last week and the taste and softness of the cake just make me wan to have it more so think to bake it myself n see.... ( I soon to be FAT)
Hm... I like the Soft and spongy. But I make a mistake is baking it with 40minute with 160 degree. I suppose to turn to pre-heat after 20minute when the cake turn light golden colour. But the Top skin taste nice too with this golden brown. ( wrong got wrong eat!) hahhaa...

Oh My Boy, you are in world-cup season too!

I was excited for today check-up, cause I know he is awake and excited too by kicking and boxing me after lunch! hahhaaa.... P'ng and I just keep seeing these scan photo after check-up, as we can see the cute little round face!

Now is World-cup season, I still remember that June 11 was the world-cup opening ceremony and before the 1st match start, the baby is getting excited than me by Kicking and boxing d!! hhahaaa... I get shock, surprise and feel funny by the baby moving. I told the baby " The 1st match is yet to start, but you already started ya , later kenal Yellow card!!!"

Crepe Cottage

Oh.... Is my birthday again! This year I got change my Title to Mrs.Hong and got small little one in my stomach who share the Birthday Foods with me.

After work, P'ng and I planned to have a celebration in Crepe Cottage. We arrived there @ 6.30pm but it still close and the one of the Chet said will open @7pm.... Hm.... no point sitting there waiting! So P'ng bring to buy my present in Gurney plaza... I looking for a purse as my purse old and soon to be spoil... I use it for 3 years, I bought when we travel to Macao 2007. So lastly, I got the Paris Hilton brand purse.

We arrive back the crepe cottage about 7.30pm, there already a couple there waiting for their order. We are the second couple coming in. We got to wait for 45 minute to get our Dinner serve.... Really sorry to my little boy inside me! and we finished our dinner on 9pm!!!! I cant believe it. Anyway the Food is good... specially the Ice-cream... We order the Manggo Cup for sharing and it just too nice until we forget dissatisfaction of waiting so long. That why the restorant still success till today!

You are in my life

" Baby, You grow bigger and bigger. You got your weight this time. You are 139gram and 100mm now! And I know you are a BOY too... hahhaa...so you are going to be my new boy freind ya!! You look so cute in the scanning screen, you are moving and Kicking all the way while Doctor scan!"

Doctor check the baby brain, backbone, and it's Sex!!!! Baby just show up the "Ass" when the Doctor begin to scan....hahhaaa.... and there is an abvious one little 'Dot" just right infornt of the backside. So doctor said" Hm...... should be a boy!" after the scan the other parts of the baby... Doctor just scan back to the leg part... and very obviously the " Elephant nose shape" shown. and the doctor said again: "Obviously is a boy!"

Hahahaa.....
